The college-owned, graduate student housing complex is located just three blocks north and one block west of campus at 273 W. New England and 238 W. Welbourne Ave. 

 

The complex offers 26 fully furnished efficiencies, consisting of (18) one-bedroom/ one-bath apartments and (eight) two-bedroom/ one-bath apartments.  Each apartment has a standard bedroom each equipped a full-sized bed; one bathroom; living room space; and kitchen equipped with an electric stove and refrigerator.  Residents have access to an on-site, secured laundry facility

Prior to the construction of the Bert Martin Complex, the John Tiedtke Courts were the heart and soul of Rollins tennis.

 

Located in the center of campus between the new Strong Quad and Ward Hall, the Tiedtke Courts are a bank of six lighted, regulation tennis courts. They are used primarily for classes and open recreational play but can be used for men's varsity contests during scheduling conflicts.

The college-owned, graduate student housing complex is located just three blocks north and one block west of campus at 273 W. New England and 238 W. Welbourne Ave. 

 

The complex offers 26 fully furnished efficiencies, consisting of (18) one-bedroom/ one-bath apartments and (eight) two-bedroom/ one-bath apartments.  Each apartment has a standard bedroom each equipped a full-sized bed; one bathroom; living room space; and kitchen equipped with an electric stove and refrigerator.  Residents have access to an on-site, secured laundry facility
